The content of this website is the exclusive property of Tutuvi.  The content includes logos, images, and text, graphic design elements of the pages, the fabric print designs, and the display arrangement of items displayed.  No other person or entity may use this content for commercial purposes.  Users of the website are free to browse and purchase items displayed.  However, neither the website content or the items purchased may be resold or reproduced for profit.  Tutuvi and this website operate under the protection of Hawaii State laws, as well as US and international copyright law.

ACCURATE INFORMATION ON AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS DISPLAYED

This information on our website is kept as current as possible.  But if an item is actually out of stock when at the time of purchase, we will notify the purchaser.   They can then either choose another item in stock or cancel the order.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Refunds are given if an item purchased is out of stock.  Other than that, no refunds are given for purchases. We will exchange merchandise under the following conditions.

1)  We need to be notified by email, in advance, of the request to exchange, before the item is sent back.

2)  The email request should provide a detailed description of the item.

3) The item sent to exchange must be in original condition with the original tags and wrapping enclosed.  It must be, in our judgment, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.   

4)  The purchaser pays the cost of mailing the item back to Tutuvi for exchange. Tutuvi pays the cost of shipping the new item .

5). The original shipping fee in not refundable.

If Tutuvi has the replacement item in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days.

Tutuvi is not responsible for items sent back from the purchaser and lost in the mail.  We must first receive the original item before sending the exchange item.  So the purchaser is encouraged to send the item insured and with tracking service.

ORDERING

After receiving an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.  Preparing an order for shipping will take up to 5 business days.

SHIPPING

Domestic orders are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail from Honolulu, Hawaii.  Expected delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.  Once the order is shipped, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email with the USPS tracking number.  

COLORS

Colors  of items for purchase on this website may differ on individual computer monitors.  They may not perfectly match the colors of the actual items.

Tutuvi reserves the right to refuse service at any time if there is any disagreement over these terms.
